	The name of the issuer is Reneo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”).

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER'S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Company's principal executive offices are located at 18575 Jamboree Road, Suite 275-S, Irvine, California 92612.

	This statement is filed by Highbridge Capital Management, LLC (“Highbridge” or the “Reporting Person”), a Delaware limited liability company and the investment adviser to certain funds and accounts (the “Highbridge Funds”), with respect to the Common Stock (as defined in Item 2(d) below) directly held by the Highbridge Funds.

	The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or the Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the securities reported herein.

	The percentages set forth herein are calculated based upon 33,428,808 shares of Common Stock reported to be outstanding as of August 19, 2024, as reported in the Company's Prospectus filed pursuant to Rule 424(b)(3) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 26, 2024.
