Item 1(a).	NAME OF ISSUER:

	The name of the issuer is Oxbridge Acquisition Corp. (the "Issuer").

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER'S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Issuer's principal executive offices are located at Suite 201, 42 Edward Street, Georgetown, Grand Cayman, P.O. Box 469, KY1-9006, Cayman Islands.
Item 2(a).	NAME OF PERSON FILING:

(i) Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and the investment manager of a certain fund and a sub-advisor to a certain sub-account (the "Owl Creek Fund and Account"), with respect to the Ordinary Shares owned by the Owl Creek Fund and Account; and

(ii) Jeffrey A. Altman ("Mr. Altman"), as managing member of the general partner of Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., with respect to the Ordinary Shares owned by the Owl Creek Fund and Account.

The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Reporting Persons."

The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or any Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the Ordinary Shares reported herein.

			The percentages set forth herein are calculated based upon 1,301,952 Ordinary Shares outstanding which was calculated based upon (i) 11,615,000 Ordinary Shares outstanding as of November 14, 2022, as reported in the Issuer’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2022 and (ii) the redemption of 10,313,048 Ordinary Shares by the Issuer’s shareholders, as reported in the Issuer’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2022. The information required by Items 4(a) - (c) is set forth in Rows 5 - 11 of the cover page for each Reporting Person hereto and is incorporated herein by reference for each Reporting Person.
