Item 1(a).	NAME OF ISSUER.

	The name of the issuer is Team, Inc. (the “Issuer”).

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER’S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Issuer’s principal executive offices are located at 13131 Dairy Ashford, Suite 600, Sugar Land, Texas 77478.

Item 2(a).	NAME OF PERSON FILING:

	(i) Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and the investment manager of Owl Creek Credit Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. (the “Owl Creek Fund”), with respect to the shares of Common Stock owned by the Owl Fund; and (ii) Jeffrey A. Altman (“Mr. Altman”), as managing member of the general partner of Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., with respect to the shares of Common Stock owned by the Owl Creek Fund. The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Reporting Persons.” The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or any Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the shares of Common Stock reported herein.

The percentages used herein and in the rest of this Schedule 13G are calculated based upon a total of 30,980,014 shares of Common Stock reported to be outstanding as of November 8, 2021, as reported in the Issuer’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2021 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 12, 2021.
