The percentages reported in this Schedule 13G are based on 12,248,652 of the Issuer’s Class A Common Shares and Class B Variable Voting Shares outstanding as of June 30, 2022, as reported in the Form 6-K filed by the Issuer on August 5, 2022.

Mr. Lau and Ms. Man are the control persons of the investment advisers to a private investment fund and other accounts. Those investment advisers, the fund and the account have the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the proceeds from the sale of, the Stock. However, no individual fund’s or accounts holdings of the Stock represent more than five percent of the outstanding Stock.
