	(i) Helikon Investments Limited a United Kingdom public limited company ("Helikon UK"), with respect to the Series A Shares (as defined in Item 2(d) below) represented by ADSs, held by Helikon Long Short Equity Fund Master ICAV (the "Helikon Fund") managed by Helikon UK; and

	(ii) Federico Riggio ("Mr. Riggio", and together with Helikon UK, the "Reporting Persons"), with respect to the Series A Shares represented by ADSs directly held by the Helikon Fund.

	The information required by Items 4(a) - (c) is set forth in Rows 5 - 11 of the cover page for each of the Reporting Persons and is incorporated herein by reference.

	The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the Reporting Persons is, for the purposes of Sections 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the beneficial owner of the Series A Shares reported herein.
