	This amendment is filed by the following entities and individuals (collectively, referred to as the “Reporting Persons”): • Lind Global Macro Fund LP, a Delaware limited partnership; • Lind Global Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; and • Jeff Easton, an individual and a citizen of the United States of America. Lind Global Partners LLC, the general partner of Lind Global Macro Fund, LP, may be deemed to have sole voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by Lind Global Macro Fund, LP. Jeff Easton, the managing member of Lind Global Partners LLC, may be deemed to have sole voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by Lind Global Macro Fund, LP.
