As of December 31, 2020, 683 Capital Partners, LP beneficially owned 2,163,126 shares of Common Stock, including 1,194,045 shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of certain warrants.

683 Capital Management, LLC, as the investment manager of 683 Capital Partners, LP, may be deemed to have beneficially owned the 2,163,126 shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by 683 Capital Partners, LP.

Ari Zweiman, as the Managing Member of 683 Capital Management, LLC, may be deemed to have beneficially owned the 2,163,126 shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by 683 Capital Management, LLC.

The following percentage is based on 23,029,492 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of November 10, 2020 as disclosed in the Issuer's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 12, 2020, plus 1,194,045 shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of certain warrants.

As of December 31, 2020, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed to have beneficially owned approximately 8.9% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock, including 1,194,045 shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of certain warrants.
