The shares of the Issuer reported herein are held in the accounts of (i) CDK Associates, L.L.C., an entity for which Caxton Corporation is the Manager, (ii) employees of an affiliate of Caxton Corporation, and (iii) another entity for which Caxton Corporation is deemed to have beneficial ownership. Bruce S. Kovner is the Chairman and sole shareholder of Caxton Corporation.
