As of December 31, 2020, Sosin Master, L.P (the “Fund”) and CSWR Partners, L.P. owned an aggregate of 707,768 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer. Clifford Sosin is the Managing Member of CAS Investment Partners, LLC, and CAS Investment Partners, LLC is the investment manager of CSWR Partners, L.P. and of the Fund, in which such shares referred to above are held. As a result, CAS Investment Partners, LLC and Clifford Sosin possess the power to vote and dispose or direct the disposition of all the shares owned by the Fund and CSWR Partners, L.P. Thus, CAS Investment Partners, LLC and Clifford Sosin may be deemed to beneficially own a total of 707,768 shares.

Name of Person Filing: This Schedule 13G is being filed with respect to shares of Common Stock of the Issuer which are beneficially owned by CAS Investment Partners, LLC, Sosin Master, LP, CSWR Partners, L.P. and Clifford Sosin. As of December 31, 2020, Sosin Master, LP (the “Fund”) and CSWR Partners, L.P. owned an aggregate of 707,768 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer. Clifford Sosin is the Managing Member of CAS Investment Partners, LLC, and CAS Investment Partners, LLC is the investment manager of CSWR Partners, L.P and of the Fund, in which such shares referred to above are held. As a result, CAS Investment Partners, LLC and Clifford Sosin possess the power to vote and dispose or direct the disposition of all the shares owned by the Fund and CSWR Partners, L.P. Thus, CAS Investment Partners, LLC and Clifford Sosin may be deemed to beneficially own a total of 707,768 shares of Common Stock.
