The number of the Issuer’s Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person includes (i) 336,436 shares of Class A Common Stock held of record by the Reporting Person; (ii) 1,910 shares of Class A Common Stock held by the George G. Beasley Trust f/b/o Brian E. Beasley DTD 06-02-21; (iii) 13,600 shares of Class A Common Stock owned by the Reporting Person’s children which may be deemed to be beneficially owned by the Reporting Person; (iv) 196,540 shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon conversion on a one-for-one basis of 196,540 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the Brian E. Beasley Revocable Trust dated June 17, 2003, of which the Reporting Person is a trustee; (v) 751,560 shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon conversion on a one-for-one basis of 751,560 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the George G. Beasley Trust f/b/o Brian E. Beasley u/a/d 12/9/08; and (vi) 122,676 shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon conversion on a one-for-one basis of 122,676 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the George G. Beasley Trust f/b/o Brian E. Beasley DTD 06-02-21.

The percentage of the Issuer’s Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person is based on 14,724,717 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding, consisting of: (i) 13,653,941 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as of December 31, 2023; (ii) 196,540 shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon conversion on a one-for-one basis of 196,540 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the Brian E. Beasley Revocable Trust dated June 17, 2003, of which the Reporting Person is a trustee; (iii) 751,560 shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon conversion on a one-for-one basis of 751,560 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the George G. Beasley Trust f/b/o Brian E. Beasley u/a/d 12/9/08; and (iv) 122,676 shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon conversion on a one-for-one basis of 122,676 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the George G. Beasley Trust f/b/o Brian E. Beasley DTD 06-02-21.
