WC is a 100% owned subsidiary of Alger-Weatherbie Holdings, LLC (“AWH”), a holding company. Each of FAM and AWH is a 100% owned subsidiary of Alger Group Holdings, LLC (“AGH”), a holding company. AGH is a 100% owned subsidiary of Alger Associates, Inc., a holding company.
