The Adviser serves as the investment manager to each of Electron Global Master Fund L.P. (the “Global Fund”), Electron Infrastructure Master Fund L.P. (the “Infrastructure Fund”), and three separately managed accounts (the “Managed Accounts”), which collectively hold no shares of Common Stock.
