Represent 97,125,400 Class A common shares held by Wande Weirong Limited. Wande Weirong Limited has, pursuant to certain irrevocable proxy and power of attorney, delegated the voting power of 5,565,380 Class A common shares to Mr. Cunjun Ma, the chairman and chief executive officer of the Issuer, who disclaims beneficial ownership of these Class A common shares.

This percentage is calculated based on 1,023,336,193 common shares issued and outstanding as of February 28, 2023, including (i) 872,744,986 Class A common shares, and (ii) 150,591,207 Class B common shares, as reported in the Issuer’s annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. In respect of all matters subject to a shareholders’ vote, each Class A common share is entitled to one vote, and each Class B common share is entitled to 15 votes, voting together as a single class. Each Class B common share is convertible into one Class A common share at any time at the option of the holder thereof. Class A common shares are not convertible into Class B common shares under any circumstances.

Mr. Jun Xiong is the controlling shareholder of Bejing Wanrong Times Capital Management Co., Ltd.
