Resolute Funds Limited, the Trustee and Manager of Resolute Performance Fund, may be deemed to have sole voting and dispositive power over the issuer’s Common Shares and Tom Stanley, the President, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Resolute Funds Limited, may be deemed to have sole voting and dispositive power over the issuer’s Common Shares.

Calculated based on 141,216,784 common shares of Maverix Metals Inc. issued and outstanding as of May 13, 2021 and an additional 491,071 common shares reported issued on June 29, 2021.
