This statement is filed by Woodline Partners LP ("Woodline Partners" or the "Reporting Person"), a Delaware limited partnership, and the investment adviser to Woodline Master Fund LP and Woodline Spire Master Fund LP (the "Woodline Funds"), with respect to the common shares, no par value per share ("Common Shares"), of Biohaven Ltd. (the "Company") directly held by the Woodline Funds. The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or the Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the beneficial owner of the Common Shares reported herein.
