The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by G1 Execution Services, LLC consists of 231 ADSs. The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by Susquehanna Securities, LLC consists of (i) options to buy 1,773,477 ADSs, and (ii) 1,712,900 ADSs. Each ADS represents two (2) Shares.
