Comment for Type of Reporting Person: In reference to Rows 5, 7 and 9 above, amount consists of Class A ordinary shares, $0.0001 par value ("Class A Shares"), of Fifth Era Acquisition Corp I, a blank check company formed under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the "Issuer"), held in the form of units, each consisting of one Class A Share and one right. Each right entitles the holder to receive one-tenth of one Class A Share upon the consummation of the initial business combination. In reference to Row 11 above, percentage ownership is based on 23,600,000 Class A Shares issued and outstanding as of March 3, 2025, calculated based on information reported on the Issuer's report on Form 8-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 7, 2025.
