SAN DIEGO, Sept. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sempra (NYSE:SRE) today announced that its board of directors has declared a $0.645 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock, which is payable Oct. 15, 2025, to common stock shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 1, 2025.

Sempra's board of directors also declared a semi-annual dividend of $24.375 per share on the company's 4.875% Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C (the "Series C preferred stock"), which is payable Oct. 15, 2025, to Series C preferred stock shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 1, 2025. Sempra will redeem all of the outstanding shares of Series C preferred stock on Oct. 15, 2025, in accordance with the terms of such security and the redemption notice delivered to holders and dated Sept. 10, 2025. No further dividends on the Series C preferred stock will be declared or accrue after the redemption date.
