Explanation of Responses:

1. The ownership of 27,826 shares includes the 9,000 shares of restricted stock under the Provident 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, 50% of which vest on May 23, 2026 and May 23, 2028, respectively; 1,675 shares of restricted stock under the Provident 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, which vest on August 12, 2026; and the 7,289 shares in Ms. Wertz's Employee Stock Ownership Plan account.
