On July 14, 2026, Sezzle Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will release its second quarter 2026 results on Thursday, August 6, 2026, and host a conference call at 5:00 p.m Eastern Time on the same day, to discuss the second quarter 2026 results. A copy of the press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
