On May 5, 2022, Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The proposals considered at the Annual Meeting are described in the Company’s 2022 Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 22, 2022.
