Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On September 28, 2026, Jeffrey Shuman notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sidus Space, Inc. (the “Company”) that he was retiring from the Board. His decision to retire from the Board was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
