The Form 4 originally filed on October 4, 2022, inadvertently overreported the number of Class A common stock, par value $0.01, withheld to cover tax withholdings in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units reported on the form. This amendment is being filed to correct the originally reported amount of Class A common stock withheld to cover tax obligations in connection with the vesting of the restricted stock units reported on the form.
