SiTime Corporation (NASDAQ:SITM), the precision timing company, today announced that Beth Howe has been named SiTime's executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) effective November 8, 2023. Art Chadwick has made the decision to step down as CFO and retire, effective November 7, 2023. He will work with the team and ensure a smooth transition.

Prior roles at HP include CFO for HP's multi-billion-dollar Graphics Solutions Business and vice president of investor relations.
