Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 16, 2022, Skillsoft Corp. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing the resignation of Ryan H. Murray as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, effective October 3, 2022. The Company is filing this amended Current Report on Form 8-K/A to report that the effective date of Mr. Murray’s resignation has been extended through October 7, 2022 to permit a more orderly transition.
