Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 15, 2022, Jagdeep Singh resigned from the Board of Directors of Slam Corp. (the “Company”) for personal reasons. Mr. Singh’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Singh was an independent member of the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
