(“SmartFinancial”) (Nasdaq: SMBK), the parent company for SmartBank, announced that on January 28, 2021, the board of directors of SmartFinancial declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of SmartFinancial common stock payable on March 1, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2021. The $0.06 per share quarterly dividend represents a 20% increase over SmartFinancial’s prior quarterly dividend declared in October 2020 of $0.05 per share.
