Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 13, 2022, Stephen Quake informed SomaLogic, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors, effective July 17, 2022. The decision by Mr. Quake to resign was due to new professional commitments and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.

The Company’s management team and the Board of Directors would like to extend their thanks to Mr. Quake for his service to the Board.
