Satellites launched aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-18 rideshare mission validate domestic manufacturing
Spire’s U.S. facility delivers end-to-end onshore satellite production for national security and defense customer

Spire Global, Inc. (NYSE:SPIR) ("Spire" or "the Company"), a leading global provider of satellite data, analytics and intelligence, today announced the successful launch of the first three satellites built at its manufacturing facility in Boulder, Colorado. Launched aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-18 rideshare mission, the satellites mark an operational milestone in expanding Spire’s U.S. manufacturing footprint to meet growing national security demand.

Accelerating U.S. National Security and Defense Readiness

"The successful deployment of the first satellites built at our Boulder facility marks an important milestone in expanding Spire’s ability to support U.S. national security missions," said Theresa Condor, CEO of Spire Global. "By establishing end-to-end satellite production on U.S. soil, we can provide U.S. national security and defense partners with the speed, resilience and domestic infrastructure needed to develop and deploy mission-specific capabilities. Paired with our production capabilities in the U.K. and Europe, Spire offers a total capacity of 300 to 400 satellites annually, giving us a unique dual-continent industrial footprint among pure-play commercial space data providers."

Spire’s Boulder facility provides end-to-end satellite development, manufacturing, integration, and testing on U.S. soil under a single, vertically integrated roof. This domestic infrastructure enables the Company to accelerate the deployment of responsive, mission-specific space capabilities while ensuring full supply chain resiliency and security over critical U.S. space assets.
