(NASDAQ:SRBK), the holding company for Somerset Regal Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of its initial quarterly cash dividend. The dividend of $0.05 per share will be paid on April 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2025.
