(NASDAQ:SRBK), the holding company for Somerset Regal Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend. The dividend of $0.05 per share will be paid on July 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2025.
