2. Total reflects 20:1 reverse stock split effected by the Issuer on June 7, 2023.

3. Held by BTF Investments, Inc., a company in which the Reporting Person is the sole director and equity owner. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by BTF Investments, Inc. except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
