ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.

On December 1, 2021, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company’s annual cash dividend, from $1.32 to $1.50 per share, payable to common stockholders beginning with the last quarterly payment of 2021. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.375 per share of the Company’s common stock for the fourth quarter 2021, payable December 31, 2021, to common stockholders of record on December 15, 2021‎. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
