Item 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.

On September 1, 2023, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company’s annual cash dividend, from $1.80 to $1.90 per share, payable to common stockholders beginning with the third quarterly payment of 2023. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.475 per share of the Company’s common stock for the third quarter 2023, payable September 29, 2023, to common stockholders of record on September 15, 2023‎. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
