Item 5.02						Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 21, 2026, J. William Gurley notified Stitch Fix, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and will retire from the Board upon the expiration of his current term at that meeting. Mr. Gurley’s decision not to stand for re-election is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
