Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 8, 2024, Robert L. Cohen notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Stride, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Cohen’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Cohen and the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
