DALLAS, Dec. 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Strive, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASST, SATA)) ("Strive" or the "Company") today announced an increase in the dividend rate on its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (the "SATA Stock"), raising the annual dividend rate to 12.25%, up from 12.00%.

The increased dividend reflects Strive's continued commitment to enhancing shareholder value while maintaining disciplined management of its capital structure.

The annual dividend rate is based on the $100 stated amount per share and is payable in monthly installments subject to declaration by Strive's board of directors. When declared, this corresponds to an annual dividend of approximately $12.25 per share.

Additionally, Strive's board of directors declared the next monthly dividend of $1.0208 per share, payable on January 15, 2026, to holders of record as of the close of business on January 1, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the SATA Stock. Strive expects the dividend to qualify as Return of Capital (ROC).
