On November 2, 2021, Mark G. Holladay, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Synovus Financial Corp. (the “Company”), announced that he intends to retire from the Company, and that he presently expects to make his retirement effective on or before March 31, 2022 in connection with the selection and appointment of his successor.
