On January 27, 2026, Sysco Corporation (“Sysco”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for its second quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on December 27, 2025. Sysco hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its press release dated January 27, 2026 (the “Press Release”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
