Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 6, 2023, Talos Energy Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
