Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents vested shares of restricted stock units granted on May 12, 2023. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. Shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy the Reporting Person's tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting and delivery of restricted stock units on April 30, 2024.

3. These restricted stock units granted on May 12, 2023 are vested in full. 50% of the restricted stock unit award vested on October 31, 2023 and 50% of the restricted stock unit award vested on April 30, 2024. No restricted stock units from this award remain unvested.
