On September 25, 2025, TD SYNNEX Corporation (“TD SYNNEX”) issued a press release regarding TD SYNNEX’s financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended August 31, 2025 and the announcement of a dividend in the amount of $0.44 per common share in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.
