(NYSE:TGLS) ("Tecnoglass" or the "Company"), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2023. The dividend will be paid on January 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 29, 2023.
