(NYSE:TGLS) ("Tecnoglass" or the "Company"), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2025. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025 will be paid a dividend of $0.15 on January 30, 2026.
