Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 6, 2024, Tellurian Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is exploring the sale of the Company’s upstream natural gas assets in the Haynesville Shale basin. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
