On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, Telos Corporation issued a press release regarding the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) announcement today that Telos Corporation has become TSA’s second official TSA PreCheck® enrollment and renewal provider, as filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
