Item 8.01.			Other Events.

On April 1, 2024, Tenet Healthcare Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Release”) announcing the completion of the sale of four hospitals located in California (Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, Lakewood Regional Medical Center, Los Alamitos Medical Center and Placentia-Linda Hospital), along with certain related operations, to UCI Health.

In the same Release, the Company announced the completion of the sale of two additional hospitals located in California (Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital), along with certain related operations to Adventist Health.

A copy of the Release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
