Other Events

On April 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share payable on May 26, 2022 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2022. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
