Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTEK), a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services, announced today that it has acquired Amyx,Inc., a premier enterprise technology services, cybersecurity, and management consulting firm based in Reston, Virginia.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Amyx is joining Tetra Tech's Government Services Group.
