Joining Starbucks at Watersound Town Center is J. McLaughlin, a prominent national men's and women's clothing brand with more than 140 retail stores throughout the country. The store is anticipated to open this year.

The second phase of Watersound Executive Suites, which was under construction during the summer, is now complete and fully leased. Summer House Lifestyle and the high-end sports tavern concept by Quest Hospitality Concepts, LLC are anticipated to open in 2025.

Watersound Town Center currently features nearly 156,000 square feet of leasable space as well as a covered event pavilion and green space that hosts cultural events throughout the year. Plans call for the center to include approximately 400,000 square feet of space. The Watersound Origins and Watersound Origins West communities, a vital pipeline of consumers for the town center, currently have more than 1,100 existing homes. Plans call for these communities to feature a total of more than 5,000 homesites.
